“We must look ahead and move forward, act with a broad front, first of all, in the sphere of education, which is becoming a factor of economic growth itself. And we must do it with those who want to work like this – modernly and civilised… No one will be able to stop or slow down our development,” Putin said during the VTB forum “Russia Calling!”.
The head of state also said it was necessary to create educational, scientific and investment platforms within the BRICS organisation.
“If we act on such a broad front, support and help each other, then no restrictions on those who are trying to retain some advantages will prevent us. I have no doubt about it,” the head of state concluded.
