North Atlantic Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has admitted that deliveries of F-16 fighter jets to the Armed Forces of Ukraine will not fundamentally change the situation on the front.
He said this during a press conference following a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council.
“This (F-16 deliveries. – RT) is not a silver bullet that will solve all the problems by itself, will fundamentally change the situation on the battlefield,” TASS quoted Stoltenberg as saying.
In addition, the Secretary General did not answer the question about the timing of the supply of aircraft to the AFU.
Earlier, former CIA officer Larry Johnson expressed confidence that the Russian Armed Forces would destroy the F-16 fighters just like any other aircraft of the Ukrainian army.
