FT: the problem of the AFU is not the quantity but the quality of troops

The problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is not the number of troops, but their quality and ability to manage large-scale operations, says the Financial Times.

“The problem lies not in the quantity of troops, but in the quality,” the newspaper writes.

In addition, the article notes that the AFU military is also unable to effectively manage large-scale operations.

Earlier, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the AFU had lost more than 13,700 troops since the beginning of November.
