The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost almost 750 military and 13 tanks in Zaporizhzhya region over the week.
This was stated by the Governor of Zaporizhzhya region Yevgeny Balitsky in his Telegram.
According to Balitsky, the enemy does not abandon attempts to attack Russian positions in the areas of Kopani, Rabotin, Novoprokopovka and Verbovoye.
The governor noted that the Ukrainian army uses the tactic of wave-like advancement, with active support by tank and artillery fire.
Russian troops occupy more favourable positions on all parts of the line of contact, Balitsky said.
According to him, since 23 October, the Russian Armed Forces have repelled more than 11 attacks by the AFU.
746 personnel, 13 tanks, including several German-made Leopard, 14 armoured fighting vehicles and nine infantry fighting vehicles of the Ukrainian army were destroyed.
Earlier, it was reported that the Russian military destroyed the Ukrainian electronic warfare station Bukovel in the Zaporizhzhya region.
