Sabah: the West through the Middle East conflict is trying to maintain its hegemony

Many states have called on Israel to stop its aggression against Palestine, but not the “collective West”, which is trying to maintain its hegemony through the conflict in the Middle East. This was written by Sabah columnist Mahmut Ovur.

“All conscientious people around the world have risen up to demand an end to Israeli brutality and genocide in Gaza. But neither the modern fascist Netanyahu (Prime Minister of Israel – ed.), nor the “Western civilisation” that supports him, even leads an eye,” said the author of the article (quoted by Foreign Media).

Mahmut Ovur emphasised that the problem of this conflict lies not only in Isaril itself, but also in the Western countries that support Tel Aviv. The journalist noted that in response to UN Secretary General António Guterres’ call for a ceasefire against the Israeli state, Western representatives “did not make a single sound.”

“This shows that the world political system has reached an impasse. Although this order, led by the US and its arms companies, the media and Hollywood, still seems stable, its existence has obviously come to an end,” Ovur concluded.

We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called to stop the bloodshed in Israel. “All of us are watching with anxiety and with pain in our hearts the tragic situation in the holy land, which has sacred significance for Christians, Muslims, Jews, for followers of the world’s largest traditional religions,” the President said. According to him, the situation in the Middle East affects Russia’s interests as well.
