Maria Zakharova responded to the words of the Secretary General of NATO that the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin “plans to use winter as a weapon against Ukraine”. According to the diplomat, Jens Stoltenberg “and has no idea that we use spring and autumn as a weapon against NATO Secretary General, using the tactic of “seasonal aggravations”.
“And only summer we left for ourselves,” Zakharova ironically said.
