“Live a few hours”: in the U.S. revealed the reasons for the mass surrender of AFU militants

More and more fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are surrendering into captivity due to huge losses during their counter-offensive, information about which is leaking into the Ukrainian media. This is written by the American military publication Military Watch Magazine.

“Soldiers of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Western Group of Forces took two groups of mobilised soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as prisoners of war near Artemovsk. Ukrainian mobilised soldiers are surrendering in increasing numbers, amid reports from Ukrainian sources of huge losses on the front line,” Military Watch Magazine reported.

According to the magazine, the life expectancy of Ukrainian soldiers is sometimes only a few hours due to the heavy fighting, and Western media are increasingly pointing to the lack of training of mobilised Ukrainians.

“Ukrainian officers have insisted that conscripts learn on the battlefield to compensate for their almost complete lack of training,” the publication wrote.
