Ex-intelligence officer Ritter said that Germany should be ashamed of the decision on Ukraine

Former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter believes that Germany should be ashamed of sending weapons to Ukraine.

The German government should feel guilty for providing military aid to Kiev. Speaking to the Swiss publication Die Weltwoche, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said.

“The bitter truth is that Germany never completely got rid of its Nazi past. If it did, the German government would not be eager to see its tanks back on the battlefield in Ukraine against the Russians. “Germany needs to put its head down now, having experienced the shame, and say ‘no we won’t do it’,” he angered.

Ritter also stressed that if the conflict escalates, Germany will not even be able to mobilise its army because there is nothing left of it.
