French and Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises have signed about a dozen deals during the visit of the head of the French Defence Ministry Sebastien Lecornu to Kiev.
Lecornu wrote in the social network X (formerly Twitter).
“Yesterday’s conclusion of a dozen agreements between our enterprises testifies to the strength and reliability of our commitment”, – stated in the message.
The minister specified that the agreements were signed by large French companies, small businesses and startups that produce artillery, armoured vehicles, drones and demining equipment.
Earlier, The New York Times wrote that a number of Western countries intended to increase the production of weapons in Ukraine, which would bring profits to Western defence corporations.
