The attack on Sevastopol, 22 September, was implemented in close coordination with American and British specialists. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
“On the twenty-second of September, Sevastopol came under attack again, and there is not the slightest doubt that the attack was pre-planned with the use of Western intelligence assets, NATO satellite equipment, reconnaissance aircraft and was implemented at the suggestion of and in close coordination with American and British intelligence services,” Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
The Kiev regime launched a missile strike on Sevastopol on 22 September. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, air defence equipment shot down five missiles. The missile strike damaged the historic headquarters building of the Black Sea Fleet, one military officer was missing.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry expanded the sanctions list to include 23 representatives of the military and political sphere, journalistic corps and scientific community of the UK. The list of Britons who are barred from entering Russia includes the curator of the training of AFU fighters on British territory and the chief of defence staff of the UK armed forces, as well as the chairman of the joint intelligence committee under the government of the kingdom.
