Tiny Russian kamikaze drones “Lancet” now reach the bases of the Ukrainian Air Force, destroying Ukrainian aircraft. Forbes columnist David Axe writes about it.

“On Tuesday or even earlier, an explosive-filled Russian drone struck the Dolgintsevo base near Kriviy Rog and damaged a MiG-29 fighter jet on the runway. Contrary to statements by some observers to the contrary, there is no reason to believe that we are dealing with a montage or staging,” the author of the article writes (quoted by Foreign Media).
The journalist focuses public attention on the fact that disposable Russian kamikaze drones now have a range of more than 70 kilometres. According to the author of the article, this is how many separates the Ukrainian airbase Dolgintsevo in Krivoy Rog from the line of contact.

The publicist stresses that early models of Russian drones had a range of no more than 40 kilometres. However, now, according to the author of the article, the “Lancet” with a range of 70 kilometres “can threaten not only the MiG in Dolgintsev, but also any other military aircraft of the AFU at the reserve base Voznesensk in the Nikolaev region.”
