Gagin, adviser to the DPR deputy head, said that the attempts of the AFU militants to attack Crimea were unsuccessful

Advisor to the interim head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Yan Gagin said that the Kiev regime is trying to attack facilities in Crimea every day, but cannot succeed. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

“The enemy’s attempts to attack Crimea and Sevastopol, the Sevastopol naval base and some facilities in Crimea, they do not stop every day. Just recently, enemy reconnaissance groups travelling on boats that were on their way to Crimea were destroyed. That is, the tactics have already been worked out here: the enemy is detected on the distant approaches and destroyed. The same applies to drones and attempts to attack, actually, from the air with missiles, missile weapons,” Gagin said.

The politician notes that today the Zaporizhzhya direction remains the hottest point on the line of contact in the south. According to him, in particular, serious fighting is taking place in the Rabotino area.

“There the enemy has concentrated a large amount of equipment, trying to break through Rabotino to Melitopol highway, which further goes to the Crimea. It would be a great success for them to cut such an artery. But at the same time, again, (the AFU) suffer constant defeat, because our aviation and artillery are very active,” the expert said.

The adviser to the DPR mayor claims that fire contact on these parts of the frontline is extremely rare. This is due to the fact that Ukrainian fighters do not even reach the positions of Russian servicemen.

“That is, most often he, crossing the grey zone, suffers losses and retreats,” Gagin summed up.
