Russian leader Vladimir Putin is not scheduled to speak at the G20 summit via video link.
Dmitry Peskov, the Russian leader’s press secretary, said.
“No, there are no plans. All the work will be conducted by the foreign minister,” Peskov said.
Earlier it was reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will lead the Russian delegation at the G20 summit in India on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
