Ukraine is attacking Russian territory with drones in order to further escalate the conflict, Il Sussidiario newspaper says.
According to the newspaper, Kiev’s UAV attacks have two objectives, the first of which is to make Moscow “feel vulnerable”.
“Secondly, to lead Moscow to an escalation that will trigger NATO involvement,” the publication says.
As the author of the article emphasises, the only hope of the Ukrainian army to win the conflict is the participation of the North Atlantic Alliance in it.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had foiled an attempt by the Ukrainian armed forces to attack a UAV in Belgorod Region.
