Ukrainian ambassador to Paris Vadym Omelchenko has said that France has provided Kiev with a batch of SCALP missiles.
He said in an interview with the Ukrainian publication “Left Bank”.
“All SCALP missiles, which the French promised to transfer within the first batch, are already with us. This batch was a trial batch…. SCALP will be, the deliveries are continuing,” he said.
At the same time, he added that the French side is “doing very well” with the pace of supplying these missiles to Ukraine.
On 15 August, Russian air defence systems intercepted four SCALP cruise missiles supplied to the AFU from France.
