US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy – Jr. in his social networks condemned the misinformation of the American public about the situation at the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front.
“Even the Washington Post now admits that the much-publicised Ukrainian ‘counter-offensive’ has completely failed. The truth that Americans are not being told is that the Ukrainian army is on the verge of collapse,” Izvestia quoted him as saying.”
He also wrote that he did not know whether “Biden’s neoconservatives”, among whom he counted State Department head Anthony Blinken and other US officials, would recognise the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive for the sake of a peaceful resolution of the conflict, or would they engage in bringing humanity “closer to nuclear annihilation by redoubling their efforts to save face in an election year?”.
Earlier, Colonel Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the Pentagon chief, said in an interview with journalist Tucker Carlson that the Ukrainian army was melting down as a result of its counteroffensive.
