“Military counterintelligence of the Security Service together with the BEB (Bureau of Economic Security – TASS note) has exposed in Transcarpathia a scheme of large-scale embezzlement of public money in the purchase of personal protective equipment for the AFU,” the agency’s Telegram channel reported.
The SBU claims that the organisers of the deal supplied 350 defective bulletproof vests to one of the military units in the region for budget funds.
