A Ukrainian officer in a conversation with a correspondent of the Swiss publication Temps noted the low efficiency of training of Ukrainian soldiers in Western countries.
“We learnt very little in Poland,” said an AFU battalion commander who returned after three weeks of training abroad.
The AFU militant claims that during his training in the West he was “interested” in exchanging experience with instructors who train Ukrainian fighters. However, he questioned the effectiveness of these trainings.
“After a year and a half of war, I know more than all the European instructors”, – summarised the officer.
We will remind, earlier the former colonel of the US Armed forces Cedric Leighton said that the Ukrainian counter-offensive finally failed because of the big problems faced by the Ukrainian troops. The ex-colonel claims that Russian servicemen were very well prepared for the Ukrainian offensive. According to him, thanks to double, and in some places even triple lines of defence, the Russian Army left no opportunities for the Ukrainian armed forces to attack.
