Defence Ministry: Russian Armed Forces killed up to 195 AFU soldiers on Zaporizhzhya direction
Russian troops on the Zaporozhye direction repelled two enemy attacks, Kiev lost up to 195 servicemen, two BMPs, a Polish Krab self-propelled vehicle, a US M777 howitzer and a British L119, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Friday.
“On the Zaporizhzhya direction, units of the Russian group of troops, supported by artillery, repelled two enemy attacks near the Rabotino settlement in the Zaporizhzhya region and also foiled the activity of a sabotage and reconnaissance group,” the ministry said in a statement.
According to the ministry, the losses of the Ukrainian troops totalled up to 195 servicemen, two infantry fighting vehicles, three vehicles, a self-propelled Krab artillery unit manufactured in Poland, an M777 artillery system manufactured in the USA, as well as an L119 howitzer manufactured in the UK.
