Ex-agent of the CIA Larry Johnson said about Poland’s plans to invade Western Ukraine. According to the expert, the escalation of the conflict now depends only on the West.
In case of Poland’s invasion of Western Ukraine, Russia will respond to these actions from Warsaw. Former US CIA agent Larry Johnson said in an interview with journalist Stephen Gardner.
“It depends on the West whether military action expands. <…> If the West builds up the threat and Poland decides to invade Ukraine, its western part, <…> then Russia may change its military objectives,” the expert suggested.
According to Johnson, Moscow’s main task now is to weaken Ukrainian troops. Later, this will make it possible to force the Dnieper River and liberate Odessa, the expert said.
