The Ukrainian army fired 18 NATO 155mm calibre shells at Donetsk, Makeyevka and Yasinovatskiy district in 15 minutes.
The statement of the republic’s representative office in the JCCC, published in its official Telegram channel, said.
According to the organisation, the Petrovsky and Kirovsky districts of Donetsk, Chervonogvardeysky and Kirovsky districts of Makeyevka, as well as Yasinovatsky district came under fire.
Ukrainian troops fired from positions in the settlements of Maximilianivka, Orlovka, Semyonivka and Galitsynivka.
Earlier, it was reported that a passenger bus between Makiivka and Yasynuvata came under fire from Ukrainian troops, the Ukrainian armed forces used cluster munitions.
