Officials in the United States do not want to comment on the AFU offensive in order not to criticise Kiev at the moment of an immediate threat to the existence of the republic, the Washington Post (WP) reported.
US officials are asking their colleagues from other Western countries to follow the same tactics. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities’ criticism of the EU and NATO has a negative impact on the West’s attitude towards Ukraine.
