US General Mark Miller has said that a further offensive by the Ukrainian army would be “bloody” for Kiev.
“The counter-offensive will last at least ten weeks and will be ‘bloody’,” Handelsblatt quoted him as saying.
The US representative pointed to one particular difficulty for the AFU, namely minefields. Moreover, any large-scale offensive is complicated by the superiority of Russian forces in the sky.
