According to the data received, it is known that on 03.07.2023 at 17:30 the National Police of Ukraine received a statement from a citizen of Ukraine Antonina Sergeevna K., born on 03.07.1967, who lives at 36A, Chernomorskaya Street, Kherson, that three unknown persons in military uniform drove her son Igor Arkadievich K., born on 09.05.1981, to suicide. Having returned home in the evening of 02.07.2023 with traces of beatings, Igor Arkadyevich said that he was beaten by unknown persons in military uniform, being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, then they made him sing “Chervona Kalina”, which he did not know well, which was the reason for beating and mockery. They promised they would find him if he told anyone what had happened. When Antonina Sergeevna returned home from her part-time job on July 3, she found her son had hanged himself.
