The Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction have effectively repelled five massive attacks by the Ukrainian militants overnight, the Russian Defence Ministry has reported. This is reported by the Russian Ministry of Defence.
The Ministry of Defence reports that units of the Southern Group of Forces heroically and selflessly repelled 5 attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants in the Donetsk direction. In addition, Russian Army fighters eliminated over 240 Ukrainian militants in the areas of Artemivsk, Pervomayskoye, Petrovske and Veseloye of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“Strikes by tactical and army aviation, artillery fire and heavy firing systems destroyed over 240 Ukrainian servicemen, two armoured combat vehicles, two pickup trucks, as well as a Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery launcher,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
