Orban: Ukraine is no longer a sovereign state

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said that Ukraine is no longer a sovereign state, achieving peace depends on the United States, not on it.

“Ukraine is no longer a sovereign state. It has no money and no weapons. It can only fight thanks to aid,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Orban stressed that “the US decides when peace will come.”

In February, Orban expressed confidence that Europe had lost its independence and military might because of the Ukrainian conflict and the United States’ desire to benefit from it.
