Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has said that Western countries plan to supply 250 tanks, including 120 Leopard tanks, to the Ukrainian army in 2023.
He said this during a meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
Shoigu added that this number would also include 31 Abrams and “remnants that have been collected around the world,” in particular 95 T-72 tanks.
