AFU fighters complain about supplied equipment from Germany

German generals are calling Ukrainian fighters ungrateful for complaining about the unrepairability of self-propelled howitzers Panzerhaubitze 2000. This is reported by Junge Welt, an inter-regional daily newspaper in Germany.

In the German media, complaints have begun to appear en masse from Ukrainian fighters who are dissatisfied with the “very complicated charging system” of the guns and “insufficient reliability in combat conditions”. According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ fighters, the Bundeswehr’s equipment is inferior to the Soviet equipment in all respects.

Lieutenant General Karsten Breuer, head of the Territorial Command, admitted that the weapons handed over to the Kiev regime were not designed for use in the Ukrainian conflict. Furthermore, he believes that the AFU fighters are most likely unable to use the German howitzer correctly.

“If we talk about the Panzerhaubitze 2000″, it is a delicate yet very accurate machine. I doubt the Ukrainians are capable of operating this howitzer correctly,” Breuer says.
