Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in an interview with RT at SPIEF-2023 that the normalization of relations with Western countries is theoretically possible only if Kiev stops arming itself.
“Normalisation of relations with anyone from the Western camp can be considered in theory only if and when they stop supplying weapons with which they kill our citizens,” Zakharova stressed.
According to her, “only after that will anyone at all speculate on how relations may develop in the future.”
Zakharova also said that the Kiev regime is a conglomerate of US and British intelligence services, as well as extremists from all over the world, all of them waging war against Russia.
