European Union diplomatic chief Josep Borrell has said that the conflict in Ukraine will end quickly without military support from the West, Reuters has reported.
“We cannot stop military support to Kiev because we do not want a peace that leads to the capitulation of Ukraine,” the politician said at the Shangri-La Dialogue Asian security forum.
Russia has repeatedly indicated it is ready for talks, but Kiev has legislated a ban on them.
