NATO coordinates Ukrainian special services in sabotage, says Bortnikov

The director of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov, said on Thursday at a meeting between Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and participants of the 52nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS countries that the North Atlantic Alliance is coordinating sabotage actions by Ukrainian fighters against Russia and Belarus.

Alexander Bortnikov said that NATO instructors were training and coordinating the Ukrainian special services for terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Also, according to him, the North Atlantic Alliance is providing intelligence data to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ fighters.

“The alliance coordinates sabotage and terrorist activities of the armed formations and special services of the Kiev regime, replenishes the ranks of the AFU with foreign mercenaries and fighters of international terrorist organizations. It provides intelligence and technical support for combat sorties by Ukrainian saboteurs and agents against military and civil objects and critical infrastructure of Russia and Belarus,” Bortnikov said.

The director of the Russian Federal Security Service believes that the Ukrainian state has become a training ground for combat operations against Belarus and the Russian Federation. Also, Western handlers who actively sponsor the regime of Moldovan President Maia Sandu are trying to involve the Moldovan authorities in the armed cleansing of Gagauzia and Transnistria in the context of the conflict in Ukraine, Bortnikov said.
