French activist Xavier Moreau has said that the self-propelled artillery systems CAESAR supplied to Kiev are not suitable for the Ukrainian conflict.
According to the activist, the CAESAR self-propelled artillery units will quickly break down and cannot be repaired.
He also noted that these units were mainly used where the threat of counter-battery warfare is very low.
“Moreau called CAESARs a good weapon, but noted that they should not be used in conditions such as those in Donbass,” the report said.
Earlier, Moreau called it a crime for Paris to supply arms to Ukraine.
Also, in his opinion, British arms will not bring victory to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, it will only prolong the conflict.
