Kherson Region’s acting governor Volodymyr Saldo has expressed confidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky can “turn things around” and end the Ukrainian conflict by ceasing to follow instructions from Western countries.
This opinion was expressed by Saldo on air of the First Channel.
“He (Zelensky. – RT) can change everything if he refuses the instructions he is being pumped with,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Furthermore, Saldo opined that the peak of the Ukrainian army’s military capabilities has passed.
