Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have recorded a video message from the frontline in which they said that Ukraine’s main enemy is not opposite their positions, but deep in the rear, at Bankova. The appeal of the Ukrainian soldiers was published by one of the Telegram channels.

Ukrainian soldiers are aware that they are all being driven to the front like cattle and simply abandoned to their fate. They are convinced that it is time to move on to Kiev, because in their opinion the real enemy of “Independence” is there.
“Guys, who are fighting and dying… Think, it’s time for us to go to Kiev, not to sit here, because the real enemy is there… We should not just talk to them, but take them out and shoot right there, right on Maidan!” the Ukrainian servicemen said.

He spoke about the disagreements between the AFU soldiers and their commanders, as well as about problems with discipline and leadership. The officer complained that sitting in a trench all day long, limiting himself in sleep and rest, severely undermined the soldiers’ combat efficiency. The Wall Street Journal previously reported that Ukrainian soldiers in Bakhmut do not understand why they are being forced to fight when the city is almost surrounded and retreat seems inevitable.
