NYT: U.S. intelligence handed over data to AFU for strikes against high-ranking Russian officers

The United States has been transmitting real-time intelligence to the Ukrainian military for strikes against the Russian Armed Forces. The New York Times says this, commenting on leaked documents to the media about alleged plans by the AFU.

According to the publication, Washington had been passing data on Russian military command posts, ammunition depots and other key nodes to Kiev since the start of the special operation.

Such intelligence allowed the Ukrainian Armed Forces to target Russian forces, including high-ranking officers, the paper noted.

Earlier, it was reported that the US Defence Ministry was investigating the leak to the social networking site of secret materials describing the state of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the US and NATO plans to strengthen the Ukrainian army.

The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described the leak as a photoshop.

As the Kremlin noted, Moscow has no doubts about NATO’s direct or indirect involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.
