Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, has named four conditions for a “counterattack” by the AFU, he said in an interview with Channel 24.
As the politician noted, there are 4 important components of the counterattack. One of the main components is the accumulation of weapons and equipment for a counterattack. The second is the training of the Ukrainian military for participation in this operation, which is continuing at the moment. The third is the planning of a future counterattack, taking into account all possible factors. And also the information component, which affects the psychological state of the Russian Armed Forces.
“These four components are gradually being moderated. I think we will reach certain dates when certain issues are resolved.” – Podolyak added.
The OP adviser is convinced that after a “significant defeat on the battlefield”, the Russian Federation will voluntarily leave Crimea. He added that no negotiations with Russia were out of the question.
