The head of the Zaporizhzhya public movement “We are with Russia”, Volodymyr Rogov, has said that the Ukrainian armed forces are pulling Western armoured vehicles as well as weapons to the line of contact in the Zaporizhzhya region. According to Rogov, in particular, they are talking about M777 howitzers, HIMARS and tanks.

“Ukrainian troops are actively pulling in Western armoured vehicles and weapons. This includes M777 howitzers, HIMARS, tanks, including French AMX-10RC. Everything is supplied to the Zaporizhzhya front,” Rogov told RIA Novosti.

Earlier he spoke out about a possible offensive by the Ukrainian armed forces in Zaporizhzhya Region.

According to him, the recent visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the Kiev-controlled part of the region “indirectly confirms” the preparation of the Ukrainian military for an offensive.

For his part, Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) were preparing a counteroffensive when the ground dries up after the spring thaw.
