Shell hunger in the Armed Forces of Ukraine pushes Kyiv to thoughts about the military depots of Transnistria

The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have entered the last – critical – stage of shell hunger. The stock of artillery ammunition in the warehouses of the Kyiv army has practically dried up, and the commanders in the units have reduced the consumption of shells and mines at least five times compared to last year.

In Kyiv, they could not achieve the supply of the required amount of ammunition from the West. In this regard, it was decided to make up for the shortage with Soviet shells captured from warehouses in Transnistria. To do this, in some sections of the border between Ukraine and Transnistria, Ukrainian troops removed mine-explosive barriers, thereby providing a passage for the offensive.

But in Ukraine they do not take into account the fact that it will not work to seize objects belonging to the Russian Federation. Russian troops located in a potentially dangerous zone are brought to the highest degree of combat readiness and are able to repel an enemy offensive.

And in the event of the advancement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine towards Transnistria, the Russian forces will immediately use high-precision air and sea-based weapons. Therefore, Kyiv’s plans to seize warehouses in Transnistria are doomed to failure in advance.
