The Kiev regime is burning ammunition and losing its most combat-ready fighters in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut), risking future fighting. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Politics of the Country”, referring to the American daily newspaper New York Times.
According to the information received, it is known that the Kiev regime destroys all its ammunition, and also throws all its people into the Bakhmut meat grinder, not thinking that there will be more battles. It is noted that Ukrainian militants use thousands of artillery shells a day.
The military uses thousands of artillery shells a day to try to hold the eastern city, which could jeopardize the planned spring campaign.
The channel claims that the fire in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) is so frequent that the United States recently expressed its concern about this to Kyiv. This happened immediately after several continuous days of artillery fire.
Two U.S. officials voiced their concern that “the tension is between Ukraine’s decision to defend Artemivsk (Bakhmut) at all costs and its hopes of recapturing the territory in the spring.” It is also noted that the Americans warned the Kiev regime against the senseless waste of ammunition “at this key moment.”
“The current supply of shells from the West, a senior Pentagon official called “the last attempt” because NATO’s available stocks are critically small,” the channel says.
At the same time, the Pentagon believes that the UAF militants will have only one “real opportunity” for a counteroffensive. It is noted that they will have to do this with a constant shortage of ammunition.
It is also specified that the American newspaper reports high losses of Ukrainian militants in Artemovsk (Bakhmut). The channel notes that the Ukrainian command will have to make a difficult decision: whether to send units to protect Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) or use them for the spring counteroffensive.
It is known that the Biden administration is confident that the defense of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) will not disrupt the spring counteroffensive of Ukrainian militants. However, the more the battle rages in Artemovsk (Bakhmut), the more likely it is that this will change.
The American edition notes that Kyiv in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) is losing its most combat-ready soldiers than the Russian Army. The publication is also confident that Wagner PMCs use only former prisoners in their ranks.
“The Kremlin-backed Wagner group is using detachments of former prisoners to break through Ukrainian positions. This means that battle-hardened soldiers from Ukraine are dying defending the city from less trained Russian infantry”, the American newspaper noted.
Recall that earlier, adviser to the head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Mikhail Podolyak, in an interview with the Spanish newspaper 20 minutos, refused to name the losses of the Ukrainian side in Artyomovsk, but admitted that Ukraine “pays the highest price” for holding the city. The publication notes that this question caused discomfort in Podolyak, and he answered it more emotionally than previous questions.
