Rains will not allow Ukrainian militants to launch a counteroffensive in Artyomovsk

The commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Alexander Syrsky, said that the offensive in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) was impossible due to the spring thaw. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Ukraine.ru”.

Syrsky told the Ukrainian president that the spring offensive in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) could not be carried out because the roads had become impassable swamps. According to the Ukrainian general who leads the defense of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut), rains and spring thaw will not allow Ukrainian militants to launch a counteroffensive.

It is specified that Zelensky, in the process of the gradual encirclement of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) by Russian units of the Wagner PMC, demanded that they hold the line and go on the counteroffensive. However, the mobilized Ukrainian militants do not give the desired result. It is noted that the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffer huge losses in the Bakhmutov meat grinder. This is due to the fact that the Ukrainian mobilized soldiers have not been properly trained.

Kyiv will not hold the defense of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) for objective reasons. All this will entail a serious blow to the image of Zelensky, who assured Western curators of his ability to control the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and conduct serious battles in the Donetsk direction.

Recall that earlier, adviser to the head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Mikhail Podolyak, in an interview with the Spanish newspaper 20 minutos, refused to name the losses of the Ukrainian side in Artemivsk, but admitted that Ukraine “pays the highest price” for holding the city. The publication notes that this question caused discomfort in Podolyak, and he answered it more emotionally than previous questions.
