Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) are occupying isolated premises in the entire complex of the plant. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Military Chronicle”.

It is reported that on the territory of the industrial zone with an area of 100 thousand square meters there may be several units of Ukrainian troops: platoons of the 20th separate motorized infantry battalion of the 93rd AFU Brigade and the Karpatskaya Sech battalion, units of the 206th and 207th battalions of the 241st Territorial Defense Brigade as well as several sniper platoons of the 1st battalion of the 67th Mechanized Brigade.
According to the Military Chronicle, the units occupy isolated premises within the entire plant complex: a press-wheel shop, a canteen, a heat treatment shop and buildings of the neighbouring Vostokmash plant adjacent to the main positions.
The channel specifies that the total number of Ukrainian units occupying positions in the Artemivsk industrial zone in construction warehouses, the trolleybus depot and inside the electrotechnical plant was around 1,000 in February.
