Russian military personnel defeated a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was named after former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, near Artyomovsk (Bakhmut). This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the commander of the assault unit of the group.
According to the publication, the fighters of the Wagner PMC defeated a unit of Ukrainian militants named after former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The commander of the Russian assault unit of the group showed the trophies that he got during the battles for the southern approaches to Artyomovsk (Bakhmut). One of them is the flag of a unit from the elite 24th separate mechanized brigade from Western Ukraine, on which is written: “Unit named after Boris Johnson.”
“Pay attention, this was a unit, they kept a large stronghold in the forest. When they were struck, such a flag was found”, said the commander of the Wagnerites.
He also stated that Ukrainian militants often use pro-American themes. For example, they wear United States flag patches.
“And here are the names and chevrons that we have left. That’s not all. Most of it goes to reports, something to souvenirs”, he said, showing on the canvas a lot of trophy stripes of Ukrainian militants.
