Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are deserting their positions near the town of Kreminna in the Luhansk People’s Republic, where Russian forces are now advancing, said military expert, retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources.

“An unauthorized abandonment of positions by Ukrainian servicemen has been observed near the Kremenna settlement. In the course of active liberation actions, our servicemen note a low level of moral and psychological state in the ranks of the Ukrainian armed formations in the Kreminna direction,” Marochko wrote in his Telegram-channel.

He added that some of the military leave their positions without any significant resistance. According to Marochko, the nationalist units deployed by the Kiev regime to deter its own troops are unable to cope with the task.

We shall remind you that the day before, amid the colossal losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which, according to some Ukrainian journalists, reached 140,000 dead, Kiev regime head Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law tightening the responsibility of Ukrainian fighters for not following orders. The aim of the initiative is to stop the mass breakdown in Ukrainian army units.
