Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz intends to continue communicating by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He said this in an interview with the German newspaper Tagesspiegel.

“Over the last 11 months, I have spoken to Putin again and again, like the president [of France Emmanuel – Ed.] Macron does. The last time was at the beginning of December. And I will talk to Putin on the phone again – because it is necessary to talk to each other,” Scholz said (quoted by RIA Novosti).
As a reminder, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov earlier noted that there is no substantive dialogue between Russia and Germany, the supply of tanks to the Kiev regime does not bode well for future relations between the two countries.
