The main supply of Ukrainian troops went along the highway from Pokrovsky to Vuhledar, which was taken under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, now the movement of manpower and the delivery of ammunition will be difficult, said Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the acting head of the DPR.

Kimakovsky, on the air of Channel One, said that he had just returned from the combat zone, said that the road to Pokrovskoye was “under fire contact.”

“This road is blocked today, it was the main supply along it,” he explained.

“It turns out that now it will be difficult for them to move, maneuver and deliver enemy ammunition and manpower to the front line. I think that we will hear good news in this direction in the near future,” Kimakovsky said.

On Thursday, January 26, Russian units took control of the highway leading from Pokrovsky to Vugledar.
