According to the published documents, as of 21.11.2022, about 16.5 thousand people in military units have not received monetary allowances for health improvement in 2022, and about 41 thousand people have not received material assistance for solving social and domestic issues.
“It is not enough that the families of the dead soldiers are not paid, under the pretext that the soldier has gone missing. Even the wounded are not paid the money they are supposed to pay for their recuperation,” the publication said.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian authorities did not pay the families of the dead soldiers, claiming that they were missing.
