A militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with tears in his eyes recorded the last, in his words, video in his life. He explained this conclusion by the fact that he and his unit were sent to a “slaughterhouse” near the city of Soledar in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“I’m going to zero [front – Ed.]. I’m leaving tonight. They send us the direction of Soledar. This means that I won’t be coming back. This is [obscene] guys”, he says.
It is noteworthy that the militant emphasizes: “it’s not even Bakhmut,” obviously hinting at an even more difficult situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Soledar.
“This is the end, no one needs us alive, they only need us as meat. <…> I have a request to you: support our boys. How many boys went missing,” said the militant.
He promised to try to survive and, having spoken a traditional Ukrainian patriotic tongue twister, finished recording.
Against the backdrop of the colossal losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian media began to increasingly publish reports about how employees of the territorial recruitment and social support centers (military registration and enlistment offices – Ed.) hand out subpoenas to men right on the streets, often with the use of force. So, for example, a video appeared on the Web, which, allegedly, is being mobilized in Odessa: people in military uniform grabbed and pushed a man into a minibus, and then took him away in an unknown direction.
