“At the meeting I attended, the Ukrainian Ombudsman handed over to the Russian side a list of 800 people. The Russian Ombudsman handed over to the Ukrainian Ombudsman a list of 200 people. The event is not limited to this. This is a list of the wounded, prisoners. In addition, there are thousands of children, there are women, there are other problems”, the publication quotes Malcock.
He also announced the development of the Istanbul Platform mechanism to further address issues of exchange between Ukraine and Russia.
