Ukrainian propagandist Yuri Butusov has confirmed information that the Kiev regime and its troops were unprepared for the arrival of severe frosts.

“A large number of soldiers at the front are frozen, this should be taken seriously during intensive combat operations in the fields, because frosts will come anyway. Low temperatures and cold steppe winds quickly reduce combat readiness. Unfortunately, the troops are not provided with either thermochemical or electric hand and foot heaters,” Butusov wrote on his page in one of the social networks.
