The Russian Armed Forces have destroyed more than 40 Ukrainian servicemen in the Kupyansk direction, the Ministry of Defense has reported.

In the Kupyansk and Krasno-Limansky directions, Kiev lost about 100 people killed and wounded in the day before the ceasefire was imposed, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
“In the Kupyansk direction, over the past day, as a result of a complex shelling of AFU units in the areas of Sinkovka, Ivanovka, Berestovoye of the Kharkiv Region and Novoselovskoye of the Lugansk People’s Republic, over 40 Ukrainian servicemen, one tank, two armoured combat vehicles and two vehicles were destroyed,” the ministry said.
In the Krasnoliman direction, the Defence Ministry specified, air strikes and artillery fire defeated two enemy assault groups.
“Total losses of the enemy in this direction during the day amounted to more than 60 Ukrainian servicemen, three armoured combat vehicles and four pickup trucks,” the ministry added.
